Adriatic Sound is proud to announce the release of “DUB SENSOR”, the solo album
by Italian-based drummer and producer Antonio Miglietta, known to fans as Fossa Drummer.
This instrumental LP, co-produced by the multifaceted Papa Leu of Adriatic Sound, features nine tracks and will be available on all digital platforms starting from today, April 17th 2025. It offers a fresh and innovative take on dub music, promising to captivate listeners with its distinctive and immersive sound.
“DUB SENSOR” is the result of a passionate and meticulous creative journey. It was entirely
composed and recorded by Fossa Drummer in his own Drumm Studio, located in
Trepuzzi, Lecce (Italy). A renowned figure in the Italian reggae scene, Fossa is best known
as the drummer of the legendary “Bag a Riddim Band”, the official backing band of the
iconic “Sud Sound System” pioneers and leaders of Italian reggae music. He also backed up many Jamaican Artists such as Richie Stephens, Shaggy, T.O.K., among the others.
Now, Fossa Drummer embarks on a new musical adventure, pushing boundaries through
dub blending traditional rhythms with contemporary vibes in a style that is both deeply
rooted and forward-thinking.
The album stands out for its authenticity and depth, delivering a listening experience that
catch your attention from the very first note. Each instrumental track is crafted with
precision, showcasing Fossa Drummer’s versatility and creative vision. The result is a rich,
evocative soundscape where the conscious roots of dub music meet modern influences in
a natural and effortless fusion.

True to tradition, “DUB SENSOR” includes key collaborations with Maestro Garofalo from
Sicily and Papa Leu from Salento (Italy), who both contributed significantly to the final
product, adding original keyboards and guitar arrangements. The album was mixed by
Papa Leu at Adriatic Sound Studio, mastered by Fossa Drummer at Drumm Studio (both
in Italy) and finalized by Jemoi “Jtwiss” Monteith at Clearsonixx Studio in Jamaica.
