Interview with Warrior King: “Music heals people and I’m the healer. This is my Artist’s duty”

Gege Vibes TV features the International Reggae Artist Warrior King. I had the pleasure of speaking to him about his latest releases: “African love”, featuring the Ghanaian artist MzVee, (a nice tribute to Garnett Silk) produced by Crawba Genius (Jamaica); “One perfect love”, about the universal love of the Almighty God produced by Red Gold Green Label (Italy).

Warrior King always has strong elements of consciousness and positivity in his lyrics. The singer considers himself a healer, a teacher and believes he has the duty to spread many great messages from the past to new generations: equality, love, peace, harmony, uplifting women and promoting education for the youth.

We then went through Warrior King’s memory box together, recalling the beginning of his musical career, when he signed up for VP Records to be in charge of his first album “Virtuous Woman”. This project made him really popular on an international standard. Barack Obama himself, the former President of the USA, declared that Warrior King is one of his favorite reggae Artists of all time during an interview on CNN!

Concluding the interview, Warrior King revealed to us he has a new album in the making due to be released soon. How exciting! Stay tuned.
